A seven-day immersion in learning and practicing Ayurveda. Participants study its foundational principles and apply them daily through food, routine, and observation, connecting theory directly to digestion, hormonal function, energy, and rest.
Ayurveda Living introduces the foundational framework of Ayurveda through a structured and applied approach. Participants study how vata, pitta, and kapha influence digestion, sleep, appetite, mood, and hormonal rhythms, then apply these principles through daily food choices, routine adjustments, and self-observation.
The program trains participants to observe patterns, regulate habits, and make informed daily decisions. Each concept links directly to lived experience, including food timing, meal composition, stress response, recovery, and energy fluctuations.
This program addresses confusion around health information and the tendency to treat symptoms in isolation. It offers a structured lens for understanding patterns in digestion, sleep, energy fluctuations, and hormonal shifts.
