Yoga has been a part of my life since I was a teenager, but I really dove into it in 2020. For the last 3 years, yoga has been a grounding space for me through Covid lockdowns, pregnancy, motherhood, and many other life transitions. My hope as a yoga teacher is to help others through transitions of their own, big or small, and to find that quiet, still, grounded space within themselves that they may always return to.
During yoga teacher training I discovered my passion for prenatal and postpartum support. One of the biggest transitions we go through in life is becoming a parent and I hope to be a guide and a resource for those navigating that sacred time of their lives.
