Prerequisites

The Yoga Sadhana Intensive is designed for dedicated practitioners who are ready to push beyond their limits. To ensure participants can fully immerse themselves in this transformative journey, the following prerequisites apply:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Yoga Practice – A strong foundation in asana, pranayama, and meditation is essential. This is not a beginner-level program.
  • Prior Training Recommended – Completion of a Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) or Advanced Teacher Training Course (ATTC) is advised but not mandatory.
  • Self-Discipline & Commitment – This program demands dedication to self-practice, a willingness to embrace rigorous training, and a readiness to step into mental and physical challenges.
  • Preparation is Key – Participants should maintain a steady Hatha Yoga practice and follow a Sattvic lifestyle in the weeks leading up to the retreat. This ensures the body and mind are primed for the intensive experience.

  • 18:30 – Yoga Asana Practice
  • 20:00 – Ayurvedic Dinner (In Silence)
  • 21:30 – Lights Out

  • Asanas: Ashtanga Vinyasa, Sivananda Hatha, Spine Shakti & Sahaja Yoga
  • Ayurvedic Diet: Sattvic meals designed for optimal digestion

  • Meditation: Deepening spiritual awareness & awakening
