Spine Reset is a slow, structured program that works with the spine as both a physical and neurological center. Over four days, movement, breath, and rest are used to unwind tension, improve mobility, and restore a sense of internal support.

This is not a bootcamp or a quick fix. It is a practical reset, calm, intelligent, and grounded in how the body actually lives.

Each day follows a steady flow designed to support both the spine and the nervous system. Practices are slow and precise, allowing the body to reorganize without force. Breathwork and stillness are introduced gradually to improve regulation and recovery. Ayurvedic meals and herbal support reduce inflammation and ease digestion, helping the reset extend beyond the mat.

The focus is simple: less strain, more support both physically and internally.
